The AD2301 data transfer adapter is a portable small-sized device with autonomous power supply, mixed in a dust- and moisture-proof housing, designed for reading and transferring accumulated statistical information and current data (at the time of reading) from SA-94 heat meters and VA2301 and VA2302 liquid meters to a PC for further processing and accounting.
The adapter allows you to:

• read and store data from a large number of counters in its memory (the specific number depends on the type and volume of data being read);
• connect to one or several counters at any time, if the RS232 interface ports of these counters are connected via network adapters and connected to a single, separately installed connector;
• at any time, read the necessary data from one counter, which is selected by its identification (ID) number;
• read all current and accumulated statistical data available to the user or read data only of a certain type and for a certain period of time;
• display the type and amount of data read into its memory on the adapter's display;
• connect to the standard RS232 port of the PC to transfer the accumulated data to its memory;
• print out in the form of protocol tables any information read from counters and stored in the adapter's memory by connecting to a standard printer with serial or parallel input.
